1 What is serviced accommodation?

Serviced accommodation can be booked on a nightly basis and is fully furnished to give you a home
away from home experience during your stay.

2 How is serviced accommodation different from a hotel?

Serviced accommodation offers a generous space unlike hotel rooms. It comes with a living area and a
kitchen which are generally not included in hotel rooms.
Serviced accommodation provides you the space you need to enjoy your stay, especially as a family or a
group.

3 How do I check-in?

A member of our team will meet you at the property to check you in. We also offer self check-in service
depending on your arrival time. We will send you a detailed check-in instructions within 24 hours of your
expected time of arrival.

4 Do you allow smoking?

Smoking is not allowed in our properties. Our serviced apartments have designated smoking areas
outside the building. Guests must leave the building if they wish to smoke. We reserve the right to charge
additional cost for cleaning if evidence of smoking is found after you check-out.

5 Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in any of our properties.

6 When do I check-in and check-out?

Our check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is up to 12:00pm. We offer free early check-in
service and late check-out service is available at £10 per additional hour. If you require early check-in or
late check-out, please contact us and we will be happy to assist. Please note that early check-in and late
check-out are subject to availability and must be arranged at least 24 hours before your arrival or
departure date.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking to secure the property for the chosen dates.

Payment can be made by card. We accept payments from American Express, Master Card, Visa,
Maestro and Electron.

Services

1 Do you provide Wi-FI?

All our properties have free Wi-Fi. You will be provided the Wi-Fi login details when you check-in.

2 Do you provide towels and linen?

Towels and linens are provided and changed fortnightly for longer stays. For short stays, towels and
linens are changed after each stay.

3 Is there free parking?

All our apartments come with at least one allocated parking space. Our serviced houses often have more
than one parking space. Free street parking are also available, please refer to each property listing for
specific parking information.
